We are looking for a seasoned and strategic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager plays a key role in aligning the company’s human resources strategy with its overall business goals. They oversee recruitment, employee development, and performance management to ensure a motivated and skilled workforce. Additionally, they foster a positive organizational culture and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Shaping, strengthening, and developing the company’s organizational culture – supporting change and building employee engagement based on company values.
- Comprehensive and expert management of recruitment processes – especially for specialist and managerial positions – from needs analysis to hiring (end-to-end).
- Lead the implementation and consistent application of HR policies, practices and procedures in line with local legislation and global standards.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and people development.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and succession planning activities.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and legally sound outcomes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and oversee compliance with reporting requirements, audits and (GDPR) data protection regulations.
- Support compensation and benefits planning, including benchmarking, job evaluation, and annual review cycles.
- Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the HR function, using data and insight to recommend change.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues across Kitron Group to align local practices with global initiatives.
- Developing career paths, modern motivation systems, and performance appraisal processes that genuinely enhance employee engagement.
- Cooperating with external institutions – including recruitment agencies, training companies, employment offices, and other external partners.
- Analyzing and reporting HR data for management using analytical tools.
Ensuring HR processes comply with labor law regulations. - Implementing HR innovations and new solutions – monitoring market trends, and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience in HR management;
- Knowledge and experience of modern HR management processes;
- Strategic management and business processes acumen;
- Strong leadership, collaboration and influencing skills;
- Human and organizational psychology skills;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Higher education (preferably in business management, HR management, psychology or law);
- Fluency in English language.
